Writing Workshop by the Austin Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators

Are you an advanced writer looking to discuss manuscripts and bring in your new work-in-progress? Then this is the class for you! Austin Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators presents a Master Class/Writing Salon featuring notable author Carol Lynch Williams.

Carol Lynch Williams is the author of more than 20 books for young readers, multiple winner of the Utah Original Writing Competition, winner of Nebraska’s Golden Sower Award and the 2009 PEN/Phyllis Naylor Working Writing Fellowship. Her most recently published book, The Chosen One, was an ALA Best Book for Young Adults, a YALSA Quick Pick for Reluctant Young Adult Readers, and recommended by The New England Children’s Booksellers Association. Some of her others books include My Angelica and The True Colors of Caitlynne Jackson.
